We believe in clear communication, quality workmanship, and treating every property as if it were our own. Here's what you can expect when working with us.

Our Services

We provide a variety of land and property improvement services, including:

  • Land clearing

  • Forestry mulching

  • Bush hogging and mowing

  • Tree Trimming & Removal

  • Fuel reduction

  • Grading and dirt work

  • Storm & seasonal cleanup

  • Tree trimming and basic tree removal

Estimates

Our estimates are based on site conditions visible at the time of inspection.

Occasionally, hidden debris, underground obstacles, poor access, or other unforeseen conditions may require additional labor or equipment. If that happens, we'll discuss options with you before proceeding whenever possible.

Property Access & Utilities

Before work begins, please ensure:

  • Property boundaries are clearly identified.

  • Access to the work area is available.

  • Any known underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation systems, wells, invisible fencing, or other private infrastructure are disclosed. While Alabama 811 helps locate many public utilities, it does not identify all private systems.

Scheduling

Most of our work is performed outdoors and is affected by weather and ground conditions. Project dates may occasionally shift due to rain, storms, safety concerns, or equipment availability. We will communicate any changes as promptly as possible.

Safety First

For everyone's safety, we ask that:

  • Children remain away from active work areas.

  • Pets be secured during operations.

  • Vehicles and personal property be moved away from work zones when requested.

Licensed & Insured

Kalange Land & Home Services, LLC is a locally owned, licensed, and insured company. We take safety, professionalism, and property protection seriously and maintain appropriate coverage for the services we provide.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice. For larger projects, deposits may be required before work begins.

Project Photos

We may take before-and-after photos of projects for documentation, quality assurance, and marketing purposes. If you prefer that your property not be featured in our marketing materials, simply let us know before work begins.

Communication

We strive to respond promptly and keep customers informed throughout the project. Questions are always welcome, and we encourage open communication from start to finish.
